Dear Uruna, Troponin is a substance in the blood which comes from the heart or muscle. It can be elevated in case of certain diseases of the heart or muscles. If it is low, it does not indicate a disease. So don't worry about this lab parameter. Concerning your chest pain, you should consult a doctor in order to evaluate it.
